One of the principal reasons I set up this site was the almost total lack of good, free articles available to read online. I’ve always enjoyed writing, so i’ve decided to combine this with my other real passion - Carp fishing. There is such a great tradition of high quality writing in our sport, yet the economics of producing this in printed form often prices many anglers out of the market, and deprives both the reader and their audience.

Hopefully you will find something here to enjoy whilst you’re away from the bank and dreaming of that uncaught monster. The number of articles will grow over time, and the scope will probably shift across all aspects of writing: from story-telling to technical pieces.

Most of all, i’d like this site to have a community feel, where you can freely debate and discuss the issues that matter to you.
