I wanted to make a post highlighting this great carp fishing blog. It belongs to Jake Langley-Hobbs, who is working his way round Europe in search of big carp on the trip of a lifetime. This is surely every carper’s dream, and Jake describes it, warts and all, on the site. Set aside a couple of hours and have a read.

I’m definitely going to give this Carp blog a look, been searching for some good tips on car fishing.
You should try Danube(romania), I’m sure you will be amazed by how many big carp you can find there
Nice post, I also just did a write up about Jake ( which is how I found this blog), he is an inspiration to us all and whilst I suspect that 99.99999% of us will never walk in his foot steps we can learn a lot from what he has done. His survival guide is simply superb and is packed with useful information for the session angler. Keep up the good work !
great catch jake, any recent fishing reports
You can find Jake Langley-hobbs on http://carpbook.co.uk along with lots of carp fishing tips
Thanks for the link - looks like a lot of reading though, I might have to put the kettle on tonight for that one! Good to see you back blogging, by the way.
Hi, would you like to swap links with my blog?
Got Skills?
Got skills? Catching loads of carp and want the world to know?
www.Carpit.co.uk is the platform you need to get your name out in the industry, we are actively seeking sponsors, fishery management and bait and feed companies to arrange quality deals for our writers. We are in the process of arranging competitions with big names in Carp Fishing and becomming the place to be for fishing information.
All you have to do is tell us your carping stories, your venue reports, catch reports, rigs, gear reviews, pretty much anything you want and we will get it published in google and to our 88,950 readers and growing.
Smithy and Swinnie are already on board, type in “james swinyard carp” into google and see the results.
If your interested drop me an email to chappers@carpit.co,uk
